hashbrown cubes

i never thought there was anything wrong with a normal flat hashbrown until i had these. the hotter, younger, cooler cousin of the tater tot that touts the perfect potato to crisp and crunch ratio. discovered these at dutch’s in portland, maine and have been making ‘em for every breakfast burrito since.
